Make the documentation available online

I cannot see any other way to access the documentation but to build it locally.
We have to make it directly accesible, hosting it somewhere.

The documentation is now available at https://coresenseeu.github.io/understanding-logic/
(at this point, it is still using the material for mkdocs framework).
