Publish new version with upgraded deps once @nuxt/module-builder v1 is published

Trying to publish https://github.com/ConservationMetrics/gc-shared-resources/tree/updates results in a type annotation error about an upstream Nuxt dependency, as noted here nuxt/module-builder#141

A fix in @nuxt/module-builder v1 is forthcoming. Once published, we can release a new version of this module with upgraded deps.
