Android Connect SDK sampler supports .m4a audio format ?

I tried to connect my chromecast device with **android connect SDK sampler**. it connects and image beam also working fine.And **.mp3 audio files also play** using Audio beam.but we tried with **.m4a audio file it does't play**.What problem here? **Connect SDK supports .m4a?**It supports mean how will do that anyone suggest me?
