Thanks for the extension, exactly what I was looking for after failing to add the selected text to the command as args.

I've found this first on the marketplace https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=colch.quick-open-prefill-selection
There, the link to this GitHub repo seems broken, maybe you want to fix that.

But should be: https://github.com/ColCh/vscode-quick-open-prefill-selection
