Travis-CI did not trigger tests

I recently created a PR according to Readme to merge fix for jMigrate warnings into develop branch, but no test were triggered. After closer look I found out that original domain travis-ci.org is ceased from 15.6.2021 and travis-ci.com should be used now.

Because of that my request stayed in read-only mode:

Is there something what I should do or is there any plan to fix this ??
