Description

The utility area's accessibility information is entirely invisible.

To Reproduce

  • Open the accessibility inspector
  • Attempt to find any accessibility element in the utility area
  • You wont

Expected Behavior

The utility area should have accessibility elements surfaced. Right now visually impaired users are entirely unable to view the contents of the utility area. On top of that it's impossible to add UI tests to this area without accessibility elements.
