The meeting rooms will be noted on the events as Attendees. This is seperate from the event location. For example, the event location would be 'City Hall Showers, 401 N Morton' and the meeting room would be 'Cityhall McCloskey Meeting Room'.

We need to write code to check the attendees for meeting rooms and include that in the information displayed.

About meetings rooms, we could include a link to a page with a map of Cityhall meeting spaces or to individual pages for the meeting rooms.

Possible sideblock with upcoming meetings in the same calendar as the event.
