App.js -> Stage.js

Take out of scenes, bring it to top level and call Stage. This makes more sense since it houses the shared elements used by scenes (modal, bottom bar, app bar, etc).

A play is divided into scenes. They exist on a stage/set.

Scenes are necessary to re-use actors and props for different roles. They are also necessary to indicate the location has changed.

App is like a "Choose your own adventure play"
