CLI Logging Wishlist

The addition of the CLI logging has been very handy. Here's some things that would make it more-handier.

DrHarvester

1. disk lookup time
2. Total round trip solve time
3. A heartbeat of some sort?
   4. Break down of communication time for a given SP. Harvester->server->solver>server->harvester

DrServer

1. Harvester IP or some other recognizable value used in the entries instead of an incrementing number!
2. Solver IP or some other recognizable value used in the entries instead of an incrementing number!
3. A heartbeat of some sort?

DrSolver

1. GPU loading
2. A better
3. A heartbeat of some sort?

Made a couple of tweaks after I dug into the DrServer logs a bit further.
