Add support for QAT on Intel Xeon Gen 4 and Gen 5 

Since some Intel Gen4 and Gen5 Xeons have a built in accelerator for Compression (Quick Assist Technology), I think the plotter could leverage this and imparove on the overall performance of the plot creation, mainly from the compression side
