Mpool TooManyPendingMessages on a PDP node #6526

Describe the bug
Curio reports some errors coming from a Forest-backed PDP setup
Failed to send transaction: send error: Too many pending messages from actor t410fmx57ojh3ka3hnvgarv6vf7h7yjxdujmueel256a (trusted: true)
FOC folks didn't see such log error in the past so we should assume there's some logic mismatch there between Forest and Lotus.
To reproduce
Not yet clear; I assume just running the node for some time triggers it, but more logs are needed.
Expected behaviour
No errors.
