Issue

The Majority incorrectly calculates the minimum number of seats required to form a majority - The min seat count displays the incorrect number of seats required to vote. The bars in the majority meter party bars are smaller than the correct size.

Note:

A solution would display the correct number of seats
A solution would fix the scaling of party bar
The correct size of a party bar should surpass the bar once it forms a majority
