Acknowledging funding agency

This may be out of scope, but no less important. We often receive requests from users within a network about how they should acknowledge their funding agency(ies). We've added a heading to offer guidance: http://www.canadensys.net/about/norms#anchor_7, but not (yet) contributed here until we reach consensus.

Consensus on how to acknowledge or consensus on if this should be part of the norms?

I don't really see this as part of the norms, but I could be convinced otherwise. 😃
