AssemblyPublicizer shouldn't change the accessibility of a field when there's an event with the same name

AssemblyPublicizer makes everything public. In cases of fields and events where the same name is used, this causes ambiguity between them. Hence it should avoid publicizing fields that have the same name as already public events.
