It seems
RegisterConfigurableSeverityis not working on the assembly, it needs to be moved to be before class, otherwise compilation fails withCS0592, possible becauseAttributeUsageon theRegisterConfigurableSeverityAttributeclass is only set toAttributeTargets.Class, fixed
