Description
If you run it in a browser, you can just include additional scripts files. Any rules which were added via those scripts are then directly available. This is very cool indeed.
However, there is no such thing for the command line versions. If you, for example, install CSS Lint via npm, then there won't be a way to include additional rules (or whole sets thereof).
Installing Java + Ant and then rebuilding it yourself is needlessly complicated. Besides, I think that this also makes distribution and keeping things up to date very difficult.
What I'd like to see is some way to specify one or more rule include directories.
