Allow linting from URL

It would be great if there was a URL box that allow users to write their CSS file on the web for linting instead of copy pasting.

I like this idea. Maybe a companion browser extension/bookmarklet that grabs all CSS from a particular HTML page and feeds it to CSS Lint? We did that for smush it.

This would require a backend for the CSS Lint site, which we don't have right now.
