Design a visually clean and modern Home Page for the platform. It should briefly describe the project’s purpose — “AI-Powered Team Collaboration Platform” — and provide quick access to Login and Register pages. For authenticated users, it should redirect or show a “Go to Dashboard” button.

Key Features:

• Hero section with short tagline (e.g., “Work smarter with AI-driven project management”)
• Two main CTAs: Login and Register
• Responsive design for mobile and desktop
• Optional: small illustration or background gradient

Acceptance Criteria:

• Looks good on desktop and mobile
• Buttons route correctly using React Router
• Consistent font, color, and spacing with app theme
