uzivatel galaxyeu prekrocil kvotu na pocet souboru na /storage/praha5-elixir, mel ji uz predtim navysenou na 2M, zvysil jsem na 5M (vetsinu tvori ruzna conda prostredi, prosim nezapomente promazavat ta, ktera uz dale nejsou potrebna po upgradu souvisejicich toolu)

I am not sure where should conda environments come from, since afaik we only run singularity jobs? ping @martindemko

It's historical. We used conda before CVMFS singularity images. I will clean it ASAP.

The conda has been cleaned and all envs removed but I left conda installed because Pulsar-eu uses it too. We need to check if they use conda in some cases or not at all.

we should set up tmpreaper or analog to auto-clean old conda environments

However, I think, using tmpreaper is not a good solution. Looking for a better one.
