Add multiselect for tasks

Currently if I want to complete or delete multiple tasks at one go I need to do it one by one which may be tedious.
Implementing a multi-select option to COMPLETE or DELETE multiple tasks together can enhance the user experience.

It reduces the number of interactions required drastically thereby making it pleasant to use the app.
For example,
To DELETE 10 tasks:

1. In the current app you need to select each one by sliding and press delete for each.(10+10 clicks=20 clicks)
2. If multi select is implemented, we will need to select them and then just click the delete button once.(1 long press+9 clicks+1 click=11 clicks total)

We can see the difference.

How would you like to see it implemented?

1. Implementing the multiselect option to begin on long press of one task item.
