Feature Request: Upload the download file to the artifact

It would be nice to add .cache/downloads to the artifacts for those who want to speed up the download process or have trouble downloading specific repositories. I'm currently having local build issues because the OpenMPT server is sending truncated https bodies.

I'm afraid uploading those as artifacts would blow through the size limit together with the other artifacts.

Thanks, I'll try to download it later. But I looked it up on the internet and it says that individual artifacts are 10GB, but there is no overall limit.
