I am playing on my private server, running a private modpack. Mods include: Thaumcraft 4, Thermal Expansion, Industrialcraft, Twilight Forest, Aether II, a few small mods, and many Thaumcraft addons.
I love the idea of the spectral mantle, and the ability to hide from your hi-tech enemies, but for some reason, while the Spectral Mantle is active, my friend claims that he can still see me, cape, armor and all. I even tested this with my fellow thaumaturge, and the problem still occurred. I appear to both of them as thought i wasn't using the Spectral Mantle. However, when i change to third person view, I appear to not be wearing armor, and I look translucent.
Something else that may need to be considered, is that when my friend punched me, while the Mantle was active, he was instantaneously disconnected from the server. He was able to rejoin afterwards, though.
Thanks for considering my report,
