Can the layout be improved for mobile phones?

Currently it looks like this

it seems that schedule page is mobile phone friendly but I will check other pages to fix

Currently, the titles are hard-coded which is not ideal. It would be better if csv files control everything.

Also, the colors could be in the same program.csv.

The schedule script could be also packed to function for later use.
