Open-source app to scan QR code

Aperture works fine on LineageOS 22.1 Fairphone 4 but on stock Xiaomi Mi A3 camera does not scan QR code natively and there is no associated mode. Furthermore, Fennec QR code reader complains about not being a URL and if prefix https://localhost/ to avoid any leak and comply with Fennec it only requests if want to open the URL, not if want to copy it, as if open the issue may be that it will be added to the history. Furthermore, URL encoding may not be appropriate for special characters of passwords.

Would be useful to transfer offline passwords.
