Describe the bug
When I open any app while the "To detect home button press" accessibility service is on, the TTS suddenly talks but when I check the Text-to-speech, it's off.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Accessibility'
  3. Scroll down to 'To detect home button press'
  4. Turn that on
  5. Go to any app that has text (in my case, it happened first at YouTube)
  6. Bug happens

Expected behaviour
TTS reads all of the contents in the app even upon exiting the app (in my case, YouTube)
