Brief description.
Upload of attachments is possible when communications options are available to users.
Attachments upload/download can be available in communications with all participants, private communications and available for the request information.

Desired functionality acceptance criteria
A component is available to be included in other parts, providing functionality to upload and download attachments as a file as an attachment.
Attachments can get a user defined name.
