Expose MSAL `SystemWebViewOptions.OpenBrowserAsync` through `InteractiveBrowserCredential`

Please describe the feature.

Users would like to use a non-default browser when authenticating with an InteractiveBrowserCredential.

MSAL exposes this functionality through the SystemWebViewOptions.OpenBrowserAsync property.

It would be great to uplift this and expose it via the options for the interactive browser credential.

My prior request to integrate WithUseEmbeddedWebView was implemented, and I hope this can be along the same lines.
