Login using SN+I

Is there a way to login using SN+I (subject name + issuer) authentication from Connect-AzAccount?

I'm looking to something similar to how az cli is able to do so.

"az login --service-principal --use-cert-sn-issuer"

I'm looking at the release notes and for Azure Powershell 6.0.0 and it states under Az.Accounts
"Supported subject name issuer authentication"

Though looking at the public docs I'm not able to find a good example.
