New-AzSqlDatabaseExport with network isolation

We need to export/backup en private Azure SQL Database to a private storage account and is seems the network isolation option that is added since 4.7.0 is the way to go. But I can't get it to work and didn't found any documentation or examples about how to configure the environment or what the prerequisites are.

When I test it with a SQL server and storage account that have no network restrictions it works fine but then I add these parameters:

-UseNetworkIsolation $true `
-SqlServerResourceIdForPrivateLink '/subscriptions/[REDACTED]/resourceGroups/[REDACTED]/providers/Microsoft.Sql/servers/[REDACTED]' `
-StorageAccountResourceIdForPrivateLink '/subscriptions/[REDACTED]/resourceGroups/[REDACTED]/providers/Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/[REDACTED]'

I get the error:

New-AzSqlDatabaseExport: The specified resource 'https://management.westeurope.control.database.windows.net/modules/AzureResourceManager.dsts/subscriptions/[REDACTED]/resourceGroups/[REDACTED]/providers/Microsoft.Sql/servers/[REDACTED]/databases/[REDACTED]/export?api-version=2020-02-02-preview' was not found.

I've also added private endpoints and tried several other options but nothing seems to work. Does anyone has a working example or point me in the right direction?

I've also created an issue (#13964) but nobody seems to be looking into it. Still no response after a week.

"This feature is currently under development and not ready for public consumption. For now, please continue to use $false for the -UseNetworkIsolation flag. We hope it will be ready to release as public preview, sometime in H1 2021.
