API to restart an orchestration instance #534

Hi,I was searching the documentation of the HTTP URL for restarting an orchestration instance: restartPostUri. In the official documentation, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/durable/durable-functions-http-api, it is not present. Therefore it is something in preview? In addition I tried to used and it seems to work, but with a different ID. I also saw that for this problem there was an issue open already microsoft/durabletask-java#108, but I need the answer for python, not java.
