Feature request: Workflow Settings Blade - Unsaved edits pop-up should be populated

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a standard logic app or using existing one.
2. Create a stateful/stateless workflow
3. Add http request trigger and some actions of your choice.
4. Save the workflow.
5. Switch to configuration->settings blade
6. Change workflow state from enabled to disabled.
7. Now without saving the settings switch to any other blade like properties/Access keys/Designer/Code/Run history/
8. While switching to other blade from settings blade without saving the changes we should a have a pop up saying "Your unsaved edits will be discarded"

Actual: Unsaved edits pop-up not populating

Hi @vgouth thanks for raising this issue. This has been addressed in the portal repo.

Issue repro in latest test pass. probably those changes where not added into this deployment pipeline. Not opening the bug for now.
