Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a new standard logic app or use existing one
2. Add a http request trigger
3. Add some actions of your choice (here I have added execute javascript code and response action)
4. Save the workflow

Expected: After saving the workflow run button should be enabled

Actual: After saving the workflow run button is in disable state

This has been fixed and will be live in our next release.

Issue repro in latest test pass. This issue is repro only for a new logic app. When we create a new consumption logic app and after adding some trigger and actions in workflow when we save it for the first time. The run button is not enabling it is in disable state. To enable the run button in designer either we have to close and open the designer or else we have to refresh the browser or logic app.
If any of the above procedure is done run button is getting enabled.
Please let me know if this is the expected one? As of now I was not able to re-open the issue due to lack of permissions. If this is a bug please re-open the issue
