In some of the Issues, I've seen links that take you to a beta/pre-release version of the Azure portal, e.g. #6144 (comment)

I'd like clarification on what variations of this short link exist & what they take you to, e.g. how does https://aka.ms/emastage2 differ from https://aka.ms/emastage1 ? Is 1 closer to release than 2, or the other way round? Are there others?
Once you click through to the portal there's nothing on screen to indicate you're on a beta/pre-release version of the portal, apart from what's in the URL.
Is there a release calendar that helps you see when what's in emastage1 will hit production?
