Unable to load backend page after azd up #24

Description
After azd up runs successfully, the backend page cannot be loaded normally, as follows:

Repro steps

  1. Create a new folder and switch to it in the terminal.
  2. Run azd auth login.
  3. Run azd init -t azure-openai-rag-workshop-java.
  4. Run azd up.
  5. Click on the backend page.

Environment

  • Azd version: azd version 1.11.0 (commit 5b92e0687e1fa96dfc8292f4b900c0c58610b6a5)
  • OS: Codespace/Devcontainer/Locally.

Expected behavior
After azd up runs successfully, the backend page can be loaded successfully.
