The Reference guide should show the instructions for adding the BOM in a more prominent place #216

When I open the reference guide, I see nothing that tells me where I can find the instructions. The most likely choice (the "QuickStart" page) actually doesn't tell me how to quickly start, but only how to download the ZIP file containing the JARS, while an even quicker start would have been those instructions. (who uses local copies of JARs?)
Most projects have these instructions on their landing page and I think we should too. No hurt in also having them on the Framework modules page.
