Implement `meta` for `/posts`

#304 implements posts.meta as a strong type. However, we probably need it to be a HashMap<String, String> or HashMap<PostMetaKey, String> instead due to WordPress's customizability. In order to do that and still have a way to work with strong types, we can probably offer some helper methods.
