Demo app could become the Gravatar App later, but for now just use it for manual testing

We've agreed (@maxme and @hamorillo) in use Jetpack Compose for the demo app

Foundations merged in #24.

The next step is to start adding some features to the app, a good idea can be to integrate it with #22. (Ticket -> #26)
