Inconsistent left hand side menu

During use I notice that the left hand side menu is inconsistent. The style remains consistent and this leads to the expectation that items should be consistent. This assumption is reinforced by the presence of the "Upload new list" menu item.

Task

• Make the left hand side menu consistent.

Suggestion

• Login as user, open a list, the left hand side panel is missing "My Lists" and "Private Lists". Add these.
• Login as admin, open a list, the left hand side panel is missing "My Lists", "Private Lists", "Admin". Add these.
