An Envelope task created by a same user crashed Spatial service

The task seems to crash Geoserver first and then has another Layers-store issue:

• function st_askml(geometry, integer) is not unique

Due to recent Postgres / gis upgrade, it raised a number of incompatible function issues. That may be another one.

layers-store has been upgraded to 2.1.1 and uses the new Spring JDBC to support Grails 4
