Zoatrack - Ecocean datasets

Create 3 data resources:

• Whale Shark Satellite Tracking
  All whale shark race and satellite tracking projects. Wanted to call it Ningaloo but spatially it doesn't look right
• Maldives Whale Shark Satellite Tracking - 2 projects, strange names Ocean (269), Thaa Atoll 2017 (402)
• Christmas Island Whale Shark Satellite Tracking - project 1306

Ecocean should either be a data provider or institution, not both. We'll decide which and fix in gbif.

• New data converted to UTC timezone
• Date diff between new data and zoatrack done
• Sorting through data to determine new records

• Christmas Island, Maldive Islands and Ningaloo loaded in databox
• metadata need some updating.
• titles with ECOCEAN in databox to make them easy to find

Data modifications

• Changed the format of the occurenceID and catalogNumber fields for consistency with any new data for these datasets.
• Removed 'Colour' additional property, it didn't really make any sense
• Prefixed Zoatrack properties with 'Zoatrack'

May introduce datasetName field for specific tracks/surveys - make visualisation a bit nicer.

Note: SR on field trip until 14/02/2025
