Start by creating an extract of all Institutions and Data Providers (codes, names, metadata, gbif reg status, record counts) and we can work out what to delete and what to clean up in GBIF.

Notes
Institutions: bad occurrences: some occurrences dictionaries not exploding so will have to do these are all lists of dictionaries.
