Add verification reason to the various Annotations emails

For version 1 MVP of Alerts emails we decided to only show the flag or verification comment.

We looked into displaying the reason, but it was quite involved to display anything other than the reason code (e.g. 5001, 5002, etc).

For a future piece of work, could we consider adding the reason type for the flag and the verification?

This would apply to the 3 annotation alert types: Annotations, My Annotations and Custom Annotations emails
