Here is an example:
The query used for images is: https://biocache.ala.org.au/ws/occurrences/search?q=first_loaded_date:[___DATEPARAM___%20TO%20*]&sort=first_loaded_date&dir=desc&fq=multimedia:Image&pageSize=60&facets=basis_of_record

The total records is 157,261, but since the page size is 60, so it only returns 60 records.

Then we grouped those 60 records by datasets, it is highly likely that all 60 images belong to the same dataset.

As a result, the emails appear as follows:

Hi Bai, I had a chat with @peggynewman about this and we're ok for the overall email format/logic to stay as is for now - we saw an example with a few datasets and it looked really good.

I have a couple of minor edits for the Images email, acknowledging we have chatted about them and they might need a bit more testing so could be for a future release:

  1. "View all records with new images" button - looks great! The link to biocache is also great. Could we update it to link to the images tab, ie adding #tab_recordImages to the URL? e.g. https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/search?q=first_loaded_date%3A%5B2024-11-29T06%3A16%3A20Z%20TO%20*%5D&sort=first_loaded_date&dir=desc&fq=multimedia%3AImage#tab_recordImages

  2. CSS change - Currently when there is a row with just two images, they are spread across the row in positions 1 and 3, like below:

Could we please update so they are in the first two positions, like this below?
