could you try deleting the file: .minecraft/config/islandutils_resources/pack.json, restart your game and see if that does anything
if not, send me your latest.log file so i can see if anything changes

Could you try and use this version of the mod: https://github.com/AsoDesu/IslandUtils/suites/16792058632/artifacts/959014223
It might fix it but i'm unsure, please download this and extract islandutils-1.6.1-pre-pre+110-main.jar and put it in your mods folder (make sure to remove the old one)
Once you've done this, send another log here
