Request - allow update verification status from locality record by NULL

We changed verification status, which previously had values of unverified to NULL and previously we could update all with status = unverified to 'accepted' or verified etc. Now, we need to be able to do this for NULL (= what would have been 'unverified' before the change).

In this example I want to update 653+5 = 658 records to accepted without having to update ALL 13500+ records which is currently the only way to proceed unless the dropdown menu can be updated to include 'NULL' so this would be true:

update verification status for all records in this locality... where current verificationstatus IS NULL.
