output.changebars is working in tandem, but not alone

I've incorporated this plugin to your system. When I use both parameters, I get the changes and the change bars. When I only use 'output.changes.and.comments' I see the changes with the comments, as expected. But when I only use 'output.changebars' I don't see the change bars. The output displays as if I had not used any parameter.

Is the 'output.changebars' parameter dependent on the 'output.changes.and.comments' parameter, or did I make some mistake in installation?

Sorry for your confusion! Yes, output.changebars is dependent on output.oxy.changes.
