the sample app doesn't run on Vega Virtual Device, latest SDK

in vega-sdk-requirements.json, it specify "vegaSdkVersion": "0.24.9525" but currently the version is not available,

vega sdk list-remote reports these 3 0.24.x versions:

 0.24.9914 [LATEST] [INSTALLED]
    Released: August 11, 2026

  0.24.9859
    Released: August 8, 2026

  0.24.9785 [INSTALLED] [DEFAULT]
    Released: August 7, 2026

and in package.json it specifies "@amazon-devices/kepler-cli-platform": "0.22.13" which also doesn't exist

I deleted vega-sdk-requirements.json and try with SDK 0.24.9914 / 0.24.9785, "@amazon-devices/kepler-cli-platform": "~0.22.13-rn-83", all didn't work.

please help update this repo for latest SDK.

After copying some config / dependencies from antoher working sample project, I was able to run the application successfully with latest Vega SDK 0.24.9914.

I submitted #37 with minimal changes to make it work with the latest Vega SDK 0.24.9914.
