Urgent Telegram webpage needs fix (will pay)

The telegram webpage doesn’t look convincing, something should be done to make it look more like the original and the country option is permanently on India which would make whoever fell for the link click away. I need this soon so any help by updating it or by telling me how to do it on my would be much appreciated.
