Long time scan cannot get nearby bluetooth device

HI,I have been turning on the bluetooth scanning to get the rssi value of the nearby bluetooth device, but I found that I could [not] get the data if the scanning was turned on for a long time in huawei and xiaomi phones

@yexifeng, We do have an issue open already on this for Huawei devices, which have a custom Android modification that blocks scanning after a period of time in the background. See #554

Please read through that issue to see how we collected logs and conducted experiments to characterize the behavior on Huawei. Please contribute your own data to that conversation if you have information to add. Also, if you can collect similar data from Xiaomi phones, please open up a new issue specifically about Xiaomi that is similar to the one about Huawei.
