ForgeDownloadURLNotFound error

I get this when I try to start the server :/

You can fix it by specifying the exact ForgeURL, instead of ForgeVer, for example:
FORGEURL=https://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.12.2-14.23.3.2673/forge-1.12.2-14.23.3.2673-installer.jar;

It seems to have been fixed in the latest version though.

I ran into the same issue. It appears that last modification of the ServerStart.bat is the culprit. If you use the the previous syntax for line 667 it works fine.
